Terms and Conditions

 

  1. All prices include GST.
  2. The price for your specific job will be agreed prior to departure.
  3. We reserve the right to alter an agreed price if the conditions of the original quote change (e.g. distance travelled, pick up time, number of passengers).
  4. $30 per half hour will be charged for waiting after the agreed pick up time.
  5.  Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
  6.  A full refund will be given upon cancellation with 24 hours notice.
  7.  All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and respectful manner.  We reserve the right to expel any person from the vehicle and or terminate the contract if any of these conditions are violated.
  8.  The hirer is responsible for any soiling or damage by his or her guests to the vehicle.  This is including but not limited to such things as gum, alcohol spillage, vomit and damage to equipment.  Repair and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of $250.00.
  9.  No food or drink to be consumed in vehicle.
  10.  No smoking is allowed in the vehicle.
  11.  We do not take responsibility for any personal items held by passengers or any items left in the vehicle during or after completion of service.
  12. The greatest of care will be taken by us to arrive at the agreed pick up and drop off point at the agreed time, but we hold no responsibility for delay caused by but not limited to traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect information or acts of nature beyond our control.
